The selected candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry records management and administrative support within a fast-paced regulatory environment. This role supports operational teams by ensuring data integrity assisting with digital systems and maintaining organized electronic and physical records.
Key Responsibilities- Enter and update data accurately into databases and Excel spreadsheets
- Support and work within systems such as:
- Environmental Management System (EMS)
- Digital Regulatory Assurance System (DRAS)
- Electronic Records Keeping System (ERKS)
- Assist regional subject matter experts to ensure compliance with regulatory procedures
- Manage high volumes of work while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines
- Perform filing scanning copying stamping and document organization
- Support secure document handling and electronic records exchange
- Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Learn new systems quickly and troubleshoot basic issues
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required
- Standard working hours: 8:15 AM 4:30 PM (Alberta time) Monday to Friday
- 7.25 hours per day maximum (may vary based on business needs)
- Employer provided workstation equipment and software
- Must work onsite full-time
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative or data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments
- Ability to manage changing priorities and high workload volumes
- Experience with DRAS ERKS or EMS systems
- Experience in Canadian public sector environments
- Experience with secure electronic document exchange
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook (email calendar task tracking)
- Familiarity with records management or regulatory workflows
Candidates must complete required training including:
- Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP)
