Required

5 years of engineering experience in automotive stampings or welded assemblies
3 years of cost estimating experience
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers
Proficiency with estimation tools Excel and databases
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience with CAD software such as Visi
Experience with cost databases (CDB CIM)
Exposure to simulation tools or process development workflows
Experience working with global teams
