Position Summary
A well-established healthcare organization is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for an outpatient primary care role in Palm Coast Florida. This position offers a flexible schedule with a strong focus on work-life balance. The role is strictly outpatient with no weekend requirements and limited call responsibilities handled via telephone only. Both new graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Deliver preventive care and wellness services
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in care coordination and follow-up as needed
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active or eligible for Florida medical license
