Job Summary
Job Description:
A clinician-led role focusing on high-quality ethical care. This position oversees the clinical integrity of programs at the Orange Park facility while providing supervision to field-based RBTs.
Key Responsibilities
Assessments: Conduct initial and tri-annual assessments using VB-MAPP ABLLS-R or AFLS.
Clinical Oversight: Develop and modify Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on data analysis.
Supervision: Provide 5 10% supervision to RBTs ensuring treatment fidelity.
Parent Training: Conduct 1:1 caregiver sessions to ensure skills generalize from the clinic to the home.
Requirements
Certification: Active BCBA in good standing.
Education: Masters degree in ABA or related field.
Licensure: Eligible for or holding Florida state licensure (LBA).
Software: Experience with digital data collection platforms (Catalyst/CentralReach).
