Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide assessment
and intervention services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. The OT will support clients
in developing skills for daily living sensory processing and independence while working
collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs
Provide therapy targeting fine motor skills sensory integration self-care and daily living skills
Address sensory processing challenges and develop appropriate intervention strategies
Collaborate with families caregivers and other professionals to support client progress
Maintain accurate and timely documentation progress notes and reports
Participate in team meetings case conferences and training sessions
Educate families and staff on therapeutic strategies and home programs
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
Valid licensure/registration as an Occupational Therapist (as applicable)
Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder preferred
Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with sensory integration therapy
Knowledge of developmental delays and neurodiversity
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
Cultural competence and sensitivity when working with diverse populations
