Job Summary

Principal UX Designer

Wichita KS (40% onsite 60% Remote)

9 Months Contract

Basic Qualifications

7 years of experience in UX Interaction or Product Design

Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX ownership strategic thinking and polished execution

Experience designing for complex systems multi-surface ecosystems or device-based experiences

Ability to clearly communicate design rationale to diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making

Deep understanding of usability interaction patterns accessibility and inclusive design

Experience working in fast-paced collaborative cross-functional environments
