Summary

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of plant operations ensuring efficient production strong customer relationships and continued business growth. This role is responsible for managing a 15m production environment while driving sales and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

-Manage and optimize a 15m production facility

-Oversee day-to-day plant operations and production activities

-Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

-Lead and support senior management within a manufacturing environment

-Ensure operational efficiency quality standards and continuous improvement

-Communicate directly with customers regarding orders timelines and updates

Requirements

-Bachelors degree and/or at least 10 years of relevant experience

-Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills

-Proven senior management experience in manufacturing

-Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems

-CNC programming knowledge is a plus
