The Opportunity

Our esteemed client one of Vietnams popular securities firms is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions. This role will act as a strategic partner to senior management ensuring that HR initiatives align with business objectives while building a high-performance and compliant organization.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the companys business goals and growth plans.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Board of Management on all HR-related matters.
  • Lead and develop the HR team fostering a high-performance and service-oriented culture.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives including structure design workforce planning and change management.
• Talent Acquisition
  • Build and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the securities/financial services industry.
  • Oversee workforce planning and hiring budgets.
• Learning & Development (L&D)
  • Design and implement training frameworks leadership development programs and career progression pathways.
• Performance Management & Rewards
  • Develop and manage performance management systems (KPIs OKRs appraisal frameworks).
  • Design and implement competitive compensation & benefits structures aligned with market benchmarks.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention programs.
• Administration & Corporate Services
  • Supervise administrative functions including office management facilities and company assets.
  • Manage internal events employee engagement activities and corporate culture initiatives.
  • Optimize administrative processes and control operational costs.

Key Requirements

• At least 10 years of HR experience with 35 years in a managerial role (preferably in securities industry).
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven leadership strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
• High integrity adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
