Job Summary

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent with minimum 10 years of professional experience.
10 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with proven expertise in Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Strong background in integration design data migration strategies and end to end solution architecture.
Domain experience in manufacturing industry with ability to translate complex business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Fluent in German (spoken and written) and able to work directly with local stakeholders in Germany.

Responsibilities

Act as the Solution Architect for Salesforce implementations ensuring alignment of business requirements with platform capabilities.
Present architecture options and recommendations balancing configuration vs. customization.
Lead requirements grooming sessions with clients and translate business needs into solution designs and functional specifications.
Design and oversee end to end solutioning across Sales Service and Experience Cloud including integrations with external systems.
Define and execute data migration plans from legacy systems into Salesforce ensuring data quality and compliance.
