Job Summary
Job Description :
Experience Range: 5 to 10 exp in patching/vulnerability management
Foundational Skills:
5 years of IT Experience in server patching.
Knowledge of GIS policies
Ability to analyze and identify root cause of issues and have experience in diagnosing complex technical issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Abilities to work effectively with various stakeholders and speak up on issues.
Understanding of change and release management.
Should be good team player

Responsibilities:
Document application/server support processes and procedures.
Experts on process data stakeholders in an assigned domain
Responsible for delivering support via existing Tech Support Channels
Serving as 1st line liaison into Operations and Engineering Team in CTI/APSE GBS
Identifying process and automation improvement in given domain
Develop perspective on current state to future state design in ServiceNow etc.
Partner with Automation Engineering team to design process map and groom requirements
Draft remediation knowledge articles for titles in domain
Awareness and perspective on ERPs across GT in their assigned domain
Understand and monitoring of end to end life cycle of Qualys server patch vulnerability in BANK OF AMERICA
Should have knowledge on hybrid cloud environments for better vulnerability management
Active coordination with enterprise patching team for vulnerability remediation (triage issues blockers etc)
Monitoring and support of EPAS/SDinfo jobs / schedules for patch failure
Ability to work independently or as a part of the team. The expectation is that this person will oversee day-to-day vulnerabilities and keeping the systems updated with required OS patches.
Closely work with enterprise patching team for reduction of patch failure
Understand and respond CIOs queries on defined SLAs for vulnerability management
Support production (PTO) release activities by coordinating for remediation of P1/P2s vulnerabilities.
Coordination of production changes across CIOs including infrastructure and information security as well as our development and business partners.
Work closely with App managers for coordination of P1/P2 vulnerability remediation
Work closely with application managers and business partners on various support requirement and understand business functions for vulnerability management
