Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Assist in administration of storage systems (Hitachi 5600 HCP Hitachi G350 HP 3PAR IBM Storage)
Support SAN switch operations (Brocade SAN)
Monitor storage performance capacity and health
Perform routine tasks (provisioning backups support firmware checks)
Assist in LUN allocation zoning and mapping
Troubleshoot basic storage and connectivity issues escalate when required
Maintain documentation and logs

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of SAN NAS and storage concepts
Familiarity with Hitachi HP 3PAR IBM storage systems and Brocade switches
Understanding of LUNs RAID zoning and replication basics
Exposure to Linux/Windows environments
