Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the parts purchasing process with confidence and accuracy
• Assist both retail and wholesale customers in finding the right parts and accessories
• Partner with the Parts Manager to quickly source and secure out-of-stock items
• Manage special orders from request to delivery keeping customers informed every step of the way
• Support service technicians by locating and delivering parts quickly to keep repairs on track
• Handle phone email and in-person inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Keep inventory organized accurate and fully stocked
• Maintain a friendly team-first attitude while upholding company standards
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Understand and follow federal state and local regulations applicable to industry

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous automotive parts or sales experience preferred
• Solid understanding of automotive systems and components
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable using computers and dealership systems
