Job Summary
Responsibilities
Keep things running smoothly with admin support (emails data entry calls coordination)
Jump in on event prep errands and behind-the-sceneslogistics
Create eye-catching materials (flyers signage labels etc.) using Canva
Help manage and grow both our firms and client-facing brand/social media presence
Respond to client partner and prospect messages and inquiries with professionalism and personality
Assistwith email marketing campaigns client communications and content planning
Support special projects and ideas were always building something new
Requirements
Comfortable collaborating with a team and engaging with colleagues or clients
Strong multitasking organizational and time management skills
Professional and polished communication skills both written and verbal
Detail-oriented reliable and able to stay calm under pressure
Coachable and open to feedback
Creative mindset; experience with Canva or other marketing tools is a plus
Interest in marketing hospitality or related fields is preferred
Ability to work 20 hours per week starting early May 2026
Flexible and adaptable to support various departments as needed
Intermediate computer skills
Authorized to work in the United States and located in Greensboro NC
