Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Functional responsibilities:

1. Assist CRM Department in administration of complete training activity and office correspondence.

2. Maintain monthly quarterly and annual CRM Training data and generate necessary reports.

3. Communicate and coordinate various courses to the user departments and follow up for nominations.

4. Maintain Training Document and coordinate revisions with the FSD department.

5. Assign CRM Duty in the CMS for Pilot CRMIs and coordinate necessary changes for Monthly CRM Training roster with FD ground Training and Planning Department.

6. Coordinate for procuring necessary requirements for training material.

7. Prepare and issue Attendance Sheet examination result sheets and Course Completion Certificates as per the requirement for CCTM and OM -D.

8. Maintain recency for CRM Instructors as per the OM -D

9. Maintain an efficient filing system for CRM Training Records Undertake CRM Duty allotment and travel arrangement (Flights HOTAC and Transport) for CRM Instructors.

10. Monitor and maintain CRMI attendance and leave records.

11. Co-ordinate with Human Resource Department on HR matters.

12. Ensure the necessary booking of classrooms workshops and conference rooms etc.

13. Maintain all relevant data required for annual budgeting and assist in preparation of Budget.

14. Maintain the stock of stationary/office supplies and other consumables required for the department.

15. Collation and updating of CRM Training Feedback Provide necessary document for internal and external audit

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Well versed with MS Office
