Job Summary
Overview
Permanent fulltime
The TechnoFunctional Oracle HCM Specialist is a senior member of the HR Technology team responsible for the ongoing maintenance support optimization and integration of Oracle HCM Cloud to support the companys global HR strategy.
This role combines strong functional Oracle HCM knowledge with seniorlevel technical expertise particularly in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The specialist will lead complex integrations between Oracle HCM and internal/external systems support the rollout of new Oracle modules and contribute to modern UX and AIenabled HR solutions.
Working closely with HR Payroll IT and external vendors this role plays a critical part in driving operational efficiency data integrity and an enhanced enduser experience across the Oracle HCM ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Data Migration and Loading
- Perform and support data migration activities using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL).
- Ensure data accuracy integrity and compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
Reporting and Analytics
- Design and develop custom reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
- Develop advanced and highly formatted reports using BI Publisher where required.
- Publish schedule and distribute reports securely to appropriate audiences ensuring data governance standards are met.
Integration (Senior / Lead Level)
- Design develop and maintain complex integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen2) between Oracle HCM Cloud and thirdparty or internal systems including Payroll Finance Benefits providers Identity Management platforms and external HR applications.
- Lead integration architecture decisions including REST and SOAPbased services filebased integrations (SFTP) eventdriven integrations and orchestration patterns.
- Implement robust error handling fault management logging alerting and reprocessing mechanisms to ensure high availability and operational resilience.
- Own and manage integration security models including OAuth certificates and rolebased access controls in collaboration with IT security teams.
- Provide technical leadership during integration design reviews deployments upgrades and postproduction support.
- Perform rootcause analysis and continuous improvement of integration performance stability and scalability.
Functional Configuration
- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules including HCM Core Absence Management Performance Management Goals Management Payroll and Time and Labour.
- Implement and maintain strong access controls to ensure sensitive data is accessible only to authorized users.
Customization
- Write maintain and troubleshoot Fast Formulas to meet complex business requirements.
- Support functional and technical enhancements while minimizing customisation impact during quarterly Oracle updates.
Modern UX & Intelligent Automation (Nice to Have)
- Develop lightweight extensions and custom user experiences using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS) to complement standard Oracle HCM functionality.
- Contribute to the adoption of Oracle AIenabled capabilities including intelligent automation AIassisted workflows or conversational agents where appropriate.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI and automation can enhance HR processes and user experience.
Documentation
- Create and maintain detailed technical and functional documentation covering configurations integrations customizations and operational procedures.
Training and Support
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to endusers and HRIS team members.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex functional and technical issues across Oracle HCM and integrations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required / SeniorLevel Experience
- Extensive experience implementing configuring and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud in an enterprise environment.
- Seniorlevel handson experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) including Gen2 architecture integrations orchestrations packages lookups and environment promotion strategies.
- Strong experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud using REST and SOAP APIs filebased integrations and eventbased triggers.
- Advanced knowledge of HDL HSDL OTBI BI Publisher and Fast Formulas.
- Strong understanding of HCM Core Absence Performance Management Goals Management Payroll and Time and Labour modules.
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions mentor team members and act as a subjectmatter expert for integrations and complex configurations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable secure and supportable Oracle solutions.
- Excellent analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.

- Knowledge of Redwood UX principles and modern Oracle Cloud user experience patterns.
- Knowledge of Human Resources policies and practices.
