Role Summary: The Team Leader – HR will be responsible for overseeing HR operations across multiple branches within the assigned region. The role focuses on workforce planning employee engagement talent development and ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage HR operations for multiple branches within the assigned region.
* Prepare and submit monthly branch-wise HR reports with actionable insights.
* Identify critical roles and ensure effective succession planning by mapping and developing internal talent.
* Assess training needs and organize both in-house and external training programs accordingly.
* Coordinate and ensure smooth execution of employee induction programs.
• Plan and execute employee engagement and motivation initiatives across branches.
* Ensure timely completion of periodical performance reviews.
* Address employee grievances and queries effectively; escalate complex issues to the appropriate level when required.
