Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist for a hospital-based assignment. The role involves working in a specialized team environment supporting a variety of interventional and neuro procedures in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist physicians with interventional radiology and special procedures
Support neuro-interventional cases as part of a dedicated team
Ensure proper patient positioning imaging and procedural support
Maintain sterile field and adhere to safety and infection control protocols
Document procedures accurately using electronic medical records
Float to other areas as required
Schedule & Call Requirements:
Option 1: 4x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM 5:30 PM)
Option 2: 5x8-hour shifts (MondayFriday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM)
On-call required: 1 night per week and every 5th weekend
Day off provided after call
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology / Special Procedures experience
ARRT (R) certification (required)
ARRT (VI) certification (preferred)
Active state license
BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 1 year of experience with EPIC documentation system
Experience with neuro cases preferred but not required
