Job Summary

The Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for visitors andemployees;the ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while efficiently managing front desk operations. The responsibilities include ensuring the office is organized andoperatingefficiently while also streamlining processes to enhance productivity for all employees. Additionally you will play a key role in supporting essential business functions including a rapidly growing business and successful candidates will enjoy afast-pacedenvironment with an ability to make an

impact each and every day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors andassistthem while ensuring compliance with the visitor policy when entering the manufacturing facility.

  • Oversee front desk operations including answering and directing phone calls emails and inquiries as well as managing scheduling and providing administrative support

  • Sort the incoming maildistributeand scan as needed.

  • Prepare outgoing mailincludecertified mail as needed.

  • Provide support for various office tasks and employee events as needed including sending birthday cards to all employees in the manufacturing facility.

  • Maintain office supplies stock the fridge and coffee station with beverages coffee cups k-cupsmaintainbeveragessnacksand kitchen supplies for the office.

  • Ensure the reception area and office spaces are clean and organized for all employees in coordination with the facility janitor.

  • Publish weekly updates to RedZone the Companys connected workforce solution -utilizingpowerpointand gaining insight from across the team.

  • Manage andmaintainoffice access cards for employees

  • Enhance the employee experience through daily interactions. Spanish-speaking ability isdesired.

  • Review and become familiar with theemployeehandbook and facility policies.

  • Support on-site production staff meetings including on theoff-shiftsas needed

  • Partner with Office Manager and cross-functional employees as needed to support engagement programs to foster a positive workplace experience

  • Other duties as assigned

Works comfortably in a variable temperature environment. While performing the duties of this job the employeeregularly workson a manufacturing plant floor.

Food Safety Responsibilities

  • Ensure all food safety protocols and GMPs are met while executing tasks relevant torole.

  • Clearly reflect food safety and quality as part of the JP brand when planning and executing projects and while interacting with relevant external and internal stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Work from the office 5 days a week duringthe hours of 8:00 am 1:00pmor 12:00 pm 5:00 pmincluding flexing schedule as needed for off-shift support

  • Lifting requirements up to30lbs

  • Willing to travel to all offices across the Metro area.

  • Connection to Elk River community and/or local residence strongly preferred.

  • Fluency in Spanish ispreferred.

  • Proficiencyin Learning Management Systems (LMS) RedZone MS Office Suite and other training tools.

  • Ability to assess training needs evaluate program effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback and performance data.

  • In-depth understanding of food manufacturing processes equipment safety and regulatory compliance.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy safety and compliance.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt training content to meet evolving operational needs.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve training goals.
