Job Description
The Lean Booster is responsible for driving Lean manufacturing principles across operations serving as a change agent to improve safety quality delivery and cost performance. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate continuous improvement develop Lean capabilities and embed a strong Lean culture throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Train employees on Lean tools and methodologies including 5S Standard Work SMED TPM Visual Management and Problem Solving etc.
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen events value stream mapping and structured problem-solving activities
- Support functional teams in identifying and executing continuous improvement opportunities
- Drive improvements in PQVC metrics
- Track report and sustain Lean project results and performance improvements
- Promote digital tools data analytics and automation technologies to enhance Lean processes improve visibility and enable data-driven decision making across the shop floor and value streams
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Operations Management or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Lean related methodologies
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical communication digital automation and facilitation skills
