Job Description

The Lean Booster is responsible for driving Lean manufacturing principles across operations serving as a change agent to improve safety quality delivery and cost performance. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate continuous improvement develop Lean capabilities and embed a strong Lean culture throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Train employees on Lean tools and methodologies including 5S Standard Work SMED TPM Visual Management and Problem Solving etc.
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events value stream mapping and structured problem-solving activities
• Support functional teams in identifying and executing continuous improvement opportunities
• Drive improvements in PQVC metrics
• Track report and sustain Lean project results and performance improvements
• Promote digital tools data analytics and automation technologies to enhance Lean processes improve visibility and enable data-driven decision making across the shop floor and value streams

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Operations Management or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Lean related methodologies
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical communication digital automation and facilitation skills
