Job Summary
Freelance Recruiter - Engineering Hiring (North America) - Remote Freelance / Contract
Looking for an experienced freelance recruiter with strong expertise in hiring engineering talent across North America
Must have proven experience working on hiring mandates for datacenter power plant ERS or similar engineering-focused clients
Should be able to handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to closing
Strong experience in hiring for engineering roles across disciplines such as electrical mechanical civil and related functions
Ability to understand technical job requirements and deliver relevant candidate pipelines quickly
Hands-on experience sourcing through LinkedIn job portals networks referrals and other recruitment channels
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced client-driven environment
Should have a good understanding of the North American engineering talent market
Prior agency or multi-client hiring experience is preferred
Existing network of engineering professionals across North America is a plus
Strong communication coordination and stakeholder management skills required
Ability to work independently manage timelines and deliver quality profiles
