Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse for a hospital-based assignment. This role requires providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment while managing a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Adhere to hospital safety quality and compliance standards

Schedule & Work Details:

3x12-hour shifts (Days/Nights rotation)
Typical shift times: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
Shifts may vary based on facility needs
Holiday requirement: Must work every other holiday

Requirements:

Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
Minimum 18 months of permanent (staff) experience in specialty prior to travel assignments
Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license (requied at submission)
BLS ACLS and NIHSS certifications (AHA preferred)
