Job Summary

Position - Customer Marketing Officer - NMT

Location :- Ahmedabad .

Job Description :-

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES :-

- Implement and drive BTL activities to spur growth in demand
offtake.

- Manage execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives launching
new promos planning NPD launches loyalty programs on time as per
the plan.

- Recruit induct train and manage promoters and merchandisers to
drive desired business outcomes

- Drive adherence to SFA usage glean insights from data formulate
action plans for the branch team and monitor implementation

- Plan and monitor the overall working plans PJPs performance for
merchandisers focusing on top selling outlets.

KEY PERFORMANCE GOALS

- Coverage and implementation of trade schemes BTL activities on
time as per the plan

- Adherence to BTL budgets brand guidelines

- On time adherence and execution of New Product launches and promos

- Adherence to PJP guidelines- self and merchandisers

Education Qualification

- Graduate with experience in an FMCG organization with exposure to
trade operations

- Preferable Experience 3-5 years
