Synergie Australia is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Auction Coordinator for a trusted automotive sales client based in Milperra or Arndell temporary role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced deadline-driven environment supporting seamless auction days and vendor relations.

The important parts:

• Pay:$37per hour Super Duration:2-month contract (potential for extension)
• Hours:Parttime 2 days per week 8:30am5:00pm

What you will be required to do:

• Coordinate and manage all auction administration tasks including accurate processing of auction data accounts and vendor payments.
• Prepare for auction days by setting up systems compiling bidder lists managing enquiries and ensuring payments are in order.
• Enter sales data perform banking tasks reconciliations and generate balance reports.
• Complete 420A reports and GST compliance checks accurately.
• Manage invoicing track outstanding payments and coordinate vendor payouts.
• Update and maintain auction and vendor systems such as Auction Day SAMS and Salesforce (ideal).
• Coordinate auction staffing and liaise effectively with buyers sellers vendors banks and internal teams.
• Prepare comprehensive vendor and internal reports to support operational transparency.

To be successful in the role you will:

• Minimum 3 years experience in office administration with strong data entry and computer skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced deadline-driven environments.
• Exposure to accounts or finance functions is beneficial but not essential.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Friendly outgoing nature with strong communication skills for extensive stakeholder interaction.
