Position Overview

We areseekingahighly organizeddetail-orientedand proactive Business CoordinatorII/Seniorto provide comprehensive administrativeandbusiness operationssupportin the Research Division.This role requires a self-motivated professionalwith strong attention to detailproven ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while supporting sharedgoals andcontributing to an inclusive and high-performing team culture.

Th ideal candidateanticipatesneeds before they arise manages multiple priorities with minimal oversight and consistently delivers exceptional service and execution.This individual will playan important rolein ensuring seamless business operations whileidentifyingopportunities to improve processes reporting and efficiency through strong technical and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level coordination and operational support to internal stakeholders and leadership.Anticipatetheirneeds and proactively manage priorities to ensure seamless execution of business activities.Maintain continuous stakeholder engagement throughtimelycommunication and regular progress updates.

  • Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangements forstakeholders including flights accommodations ground transportation and itinerarieswhile ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Overseeexpensereporting and reimbursement processes while ensuring compliance with company policies.Track and reconcile traveland event-related expenses.

  • Coordinate and manage complexlogisticsfor meetingsconferencesand events partnering with internal teams across the organization to ensure all details are addressed.This includes coordinating catering AV meeting space registration onsite support and other eventlogistics.

  • Leverage advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables formulas and data analysis) to build trackers reporting tools and dashboards that support business operations.

  • Identifyopportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline recurring processes by supporting automation initiatives through tools such asPowerBI reportingdashboards or workflowautomation.

  • Able to troubleshoot moderatetocomplex problems and issues as they arise.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelors degree or four years equivalent experience preferred.
