Technical Lead Full Stack Developer

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead Full Stack Developer to lead design and development of enterprisescale banking applications. The role requires strong handson expertise across frontend backend and cloud along with the ability to mentor teams and influence technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain frontend applications using
- Build and oversee backend services / .NET Core and cloudnative AWS services
- Architect and implement secure highperformance APIs and system integrations
- Work closely with Bankers Workbench modules and enterprise banking platforms
- Lead code reviews enforce best practices and maintain code quality standards
- Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines and handle production support/escalations
- Mentor junior developers provide technical guidance and support design and architecture decisions
- Collaborate with architects product owners and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
Required Skills & Technologies
- Frontend: JavaScript / TypeScript
- Backend: .NET / .NET Core
- Cloud: AWS (Lambda ECS S3)
- Strong experience in API security performance optimization and system integrations
- Exposure to Bankers Workbench / enterprise banking systems is highly preferred
