Shift: Night Shift 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM 7:30 AM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) for a hospital-based assignment. This role involves providing respiratory care across a variety of patient populations in a dynamic clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver respiratory therapy treatments and interventions
Monitor and assess patients with cardiopulmonary conditions
Operate and manage respiratory care equipment
Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Float to other units or affiliated facilities as needed

Schedule & Work Details:

Flexible scheduling options: 3x12 or 4x12-hour shifts
Night shift coverage
Weekend rotations as required

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
CRT or RRT credential (NBRC)
Active Ohio Respiratory Therapist license (required at time of submission)
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
