Job Description:
We are hiring a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a background in IT sales and a basic understanding of SaaS VoIP Dialers or Telecom products.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify qualify and generate new business opportunities
Understand product offerings (ViciDial VoIP Contact Center Omnichannel solutions)
Conduct product presentations and client meetings (online/offline)
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare proposals and close deals
Collaborate with the technical team for demos and client onboarding
Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM entries
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales or IT product sales
Good communication negotiation and presentation skills
Basic understanding of IT/Telecom/VoIP/CRM products
Experience in lead generation and cold calling
Goal-oriented and result-driven
