Job Summary

As a Technical Program Manager on the Unified Communications team you will spearhead productivity solutions that empower over 800K Amazon knowledge workers worldwide. Your strategic initiatives will streamline critical business processes by reducing operational overhead documentation time and research workflows enabling Amazonians to focus on high-impact work. You will architect comprehensive adoption programs establish key business and technical metrics and orchestrate the implementation of unified communications tools across Amazons global organization. This role directly influences Amazons operational efficiency and collaboration capabilities at scale.

- 3 years of technical product or program management experience
- 3 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
- 2 years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules

- 3 years of working directly with engineering teams experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company Amazons package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location. Amazon offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical dental vision prescription basic life & AD&D insurance) Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP) paid time off and other resources to improve health and well-being.
