Job Summary

To develop and implement the Client Servicing Strategy and operating model across the Strategic Investment Platform (SIP) South Africa (SA) to drive the modernisation and digitisation agenda for client servicing for SIP. Guide Servicing leadership to formulate strategic and tactical plans service standards governance and tools to improve service delivery reduce friction across the value chain and enable consistent execution across across all platforms. Programme manage a consolidated view of all client servicing initiatives across SIP to support achievement of Platforms Client Servicing outcomes and measurable service performance targets.


Qualifications :

Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce

Experience Required
General Management 

5-7 years

Knowledge and experience in investment retirement life products and platforms.


8-10 years
Able to partner with business units to define and implement action plans to support the achievement of strategic objectives. Identify improvement opportunities implement and measure initiatives to address gaps. Provide change management support to stakeholders.

More than 10 years
Demonstrate comprehensive experience in evaluating the financial performance of various investment platforms and implementing strategies to enhance outcomes in collaboration with key stakeholders. Analyze financial data to identify significant trends and deliver insights data analytics and recommendations to platform leaders to establish strategic goals develop action plans track progress and assess the effectiveness of critical initiatives.
