IT Workplace Support
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Workplace Support (WPS) professional to provide end-to-end IT support for end-user computing environments. This role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations high user satisfaction and compliance with IT security and service standards.
The role acts as a key point of contact between end users infrastructure teams and vendors supporting workplace technologies and driving continuous service improvement.
What You Will Do
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for end-user issues
Troubleshoot desktops laptops printers mobile devices and RF scanners
Support Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications
Manage IT incidents and service requests using ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
Ensure SLA compliance and proper ticket documentation
Support IT asset lifecycle (procurement deployment tracking disposal)
Maintain accurate asset and CMDB records
Install configure and upgrade end-user devices
Troubleshoot LAN Wi-Fi VPN and connectivity issues
Support Microsoft Teams Outlook SharePoint and meeting room systems
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and endpoint protection standards
Escalate and report security incidents when required
Support office IT setup refresh projects and migration activities
Work with vendors for maintenance and service delivery
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge base updates
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to improve service delivery
What You Will Need
Bachelors degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support / workplace support roles
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
Basic understanding of networking (LAN Wi-Fi VPN)
Experience using ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and customer service mindset
ITIL certification
Microsoft certifications (e.g. M365 Windows or related)
Experience supporting enterprise or manufacturing environments
Willingness to work on a 12-hour rotational shift schedule
