Contracts and Systems Manager CEERJ

The role of Contracts and Systems Manager CEERJ is to provide support to the teams in the CEERJ region in relation to preparing reviewing managing and overseeing contracts and contractual processes including HCC templated agreements and other third-party vendor agreements as well as managing and developing the systems used for contractual processes (incl. SOOS).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft review negotiate and manage routine contracts with third-party vendors as well as the healthcare stakeholders.
• Ensure all contracts comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with Legal Regulatory Affairs Procurement and Finance teams to align contract terms with business and compliance needs.
• Maintain a centralized contract management system and ensure timely renewals amendments and terminations.
• In collaboration with Legal develop localize and maintain contract templates.
• Monitor contract performance and obligations ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks especially those related to intellectual property data privacy and regulatory compliance.
• Support audits and inspections by providing accurate and timely contract documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract processes and regulatory considerations.
• Manage and develop systems used for contractual processes (incl. SOOS)

Qualifications :

• Masters degree in Law.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management within the pharmaceutical biotech or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations data privacy and contracting principles. Excellent negotiation analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High attention to detail.
• Fluent written and spoken English (including legal English preferably ILEC).
