Job Description :

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership o Develop and execute the organizations cloud & network infrastructure DevOps roadmap in line with continent tech strategy and global standard o Align infrastructure initiatives with business goals emphasizing cost optimization and agility o Ensure adherence to IT policies standards and regulations related to cloud and network management o Drive innovation and continuous improvement in cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes

- Cloud Management & Architecture o Oversee cloud operations (Alicloud AWS Azure) including migration resource allocation and cost management o Design resilient scalable cloud architectures for SaaS IaaS and PaaS environments o Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans in the cloud environment o Monitor and analyze cloud performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization

- Cloud Network & Security o Optimize cloud network performance (VPCs VPNs CDNs) and troubleshoot connectivity o Implement security frameworks (Zero Trust encryption) and ensure compliance (GDPR HIPAA)

- DevOps o Following global DevOps practice and process drive the adoption of DevOps principles and practices across the organization including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and containerization (Kubernetes Docker) and manage the respective capabilities and processes o Promote DevOps culture integrating monitoring tools (eg. Prometheus ELK Stack) for system reliability o Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of cloud services o Plan and implement DevSecOps for the long term

- Budget & Vendor Management o Manage infrastructure budgets and negotiate contracts with cloud vendors

- Team Leadership o Mentor cloud engineers network specialists and DevOps team member from vendors o Foster cross-departmental collaboration with software development and security teams o Stay current with industry trends and advancements in cloud technology and DevOps tools
