Compensation: $10 per racket strung

Position Summary:
The Mt. Lebanon Racket Center is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Tennis Stringer to provide racket stringing services for our tennis community. This is an independent contractor position offering flexible scheduling and a steady volume of rackets during peak seasons.

Responsibilities:

String tennis rackets to customer specifications (tension string type pattern)
Inspect rackets for damage and notify staff/customers of any concerns
Maintain consistency and quality in all stringing work
Manage turnaround times to ensure timely completion of orders
Communicate with front desk staff regarding completed and pending rackets
Maintain a clean and organized stringing workspace

Qualifications:

Prior experience stringing tennis rackets required
Knowledge of different string types tensions and racket patterns
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to manage workload independently
Reliable and responsive with good communication skills

Additional Information:

All stringing is performed on-site at the Mt. Lebanon Racket Center.
Stringing volume may vary based on season and demand
