Inviting applications for the role of Auto Finance Dealer Lease Close -Domain Trainee English On-site Johannesburg
The Senior Agent Dealer Lease Close-Out manages complex and high-value lease-end accounts providing advanced financial resolution support for a UK Auto Finance and Manufacturing addition to core lease closure responsibilities the Senior Agent handles escalations approves negotiated settlements within delegated authority and supports junior team members in achieving performance and compliance standards.
This role requires strong negotiation capability analytical review of inspection and billing disputes and sound judgment in financial decision-making.

Responsibilities
Customer & Dealer Contact
Manage complex escalated or high-balance lease-end accounts
Lead negotiations with customers regarding disputed damage charges excess mileage and outstanding balances
Resolve billing disputes through detailed analysis of lease agreements inspection reports and photographic evidence
Provide guidance and support to Agent Associates on customer interactions and negotiation strategies
Escalate high-risk or exceptional cases to Team Leader with recommendations for resolution

Lease Closure & Financial Resolution Activities
Review and validate damage assessments supporting evidence and charge calculations
Approve settlements and structured payment arrangements within delegated authority levels
Ensure accurate calculation and application of excess mileage and damage fees
Oversee adherence to SLAs and ensure timely case progression
Identify trends in disputes or charge discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
Maintain comprehensive and audit-ready documentation of all decisions and negotiations
Compliance & Quality
Ensure complex cases meet regulatory and contractual compliance standards
Support quality assurance reviews and provide feedback to improve accuracy and consistency
Mitigate financial and reputational risk through careful review and approval processes
Performance & Reporting
Achieve advanced performance metrics including recovery targets and quality benchmarks
Support team performance through informal coaching and subject matter expertise
Provide insight into recurring issues and process gaps to Team Leader

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Higher Certificate / Diploma (or equivalent)
Proven experience in lease administration operations support or financial services
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Experience handling complex or escalated cases
Strong communication organisation and time management skills

Preferred qualifications
Experience in auto finance lease close-out or manufacturing operations
Knowledge of UK client operations or offshore delivery
Familiarity with CRM or case management systems
Exposure to coaching process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives
