How you will contribute
Job Summary:
We areseekingan experienced and highly motivated PMO Lead to join our dynamic o9 implementation team. The ideal candidate willpossessin-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and a proventrack recordof successfully delivering complex supply chain planning projects. As a PMO Lead you will play a critical role in driving project governance ensuring execution excellence and supporting stakeholders across all phasesof o9implementations.
This role focuses onestablishingrobust project governance frameworks driving consistency across o9 Demand Planning (DP) Supply Planning (SP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) implementations and ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest qualitystandards..
Responsibilities
Drive consistency and qualityin project execution usingappropriatemethodologiesand tools; cascade governance into actionableworkstream ritualsensuring100% adherence to o9 implementation standards
Identify assess and mitigate project-level risks escalate critical issues toglobal leads/program manager; support workstream leads to resolveblockersandmaintainmomentum during high-pressure phases
Provide comprehensiveproject reportingviascorecards status reports and monthly reviewmeetingsleadstakeholdermeetingsand communication across all levels
Leadbudget management resource planning andutilization; ensure projects are deliveredon time on budgetwith confirmedgo-live readiness
Ownexternal vendor relationshipsincludingquality assuranceoversight across all project delivery phases
Translate high-level PMO Tollgatesinto actionableLevel 4/5 detailed plans and tasks ensuring workstreams have clear deliverables and timelines
Govern coreITSM processes(incident change problem management) for o9 implementations; ensure service providers meet expectations
Facilitate key project ceremonies(planning sessions stand-ups reviews retrospectives); coach teams onself-organizationandcontinuous improvement
Conductroot cause analysisfor delivery issues;establishweekly/monthly service reviewsand monitorOLA agreementswith stakeholders
Manageend-to-end operationscoordination across end usersCOE leads technical teams master data and security functions

Knowledge Experience and Education
Proven experience in project managementmethodology
PMP Certifiedor equivalent certification
Excellent project planning and proactivenessinidentifyingrisks and mitigations and managingstrict timelines
Strong focus on costscheduleand qualityof project delivery
Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions
Experience with Agile tools( DevOps)
8-12 yearsof experience in project management and support operations
