Area Key activities: 
-Data Pipeline Development : Design develop and maintain data pipelines to extract transform and load (ETL) data from various sources into data
warehouses or data lakes.
-Data Modeling and Quality Assurance : Create and optimize data models that define data structures relationships and data transformation processes. Implement
data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
-Data Integration Scripting and Automation : Integrate data from multiple sources ensuring consistency accuracy and timeliness. Write scripts and use automation tools to streamline data engineering processes. 
-ETL Processes and Database Management:  Develop and manage ETL processes to automate data movement and transformation tasks. Manage and optimize databases including backups indexing and performance tuning. 
-Collaboration : Work closely with data scientists analysts and business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide data support.
- Front Line Manager for automotive component manufacturing with Lean Manufacturing and Quality Tools exposure
- Knowledge on Industry 4.0 concepts with respect to Man Machine Methods Material
- Ensure manufacturing of product as per TS16949 guidelines
- Daily shop floor management for Safety Quality Cost & Delivery and 5S.
- Associate management - Head count planning ensuring discipline.
- Production management - Delivery as per plan material availability and reporting work allocation Tools & Consumable management.
- Deviation reporting & management.
- Trouble shooting in operations management
- Data logging for Management information
- Ensure general conduct inline with safety and other Bosch guidelines & procedures

Qualifications :

B.E / B. Tech (Mechanical/Automotive) with 2-3 years experience in Manufacturing/Automotive Industry

Additional Information :

Competent technical knowledge of product function and its impact on customer application e.g. Engine.
Advanced knowledge of product and component function drawings / BOM / PDS.
Advanced knowledge and certification in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Occupational health and safety (OSHAS).
Proficient in technical discussions/negotiation on Quality topics with customers.
Advanced knowledge in product liability quality management lean management and BPS elements.
Advanced skill in communication conflict management and interpersonal skills including external stakeholders (customer)
Advanced knowledge in operating CNC machine Assembly MAE controls testing benches & Special Process setting Instrument measurement & Test equipment.
Advanced skill in handling vision systems Scanners Digital application at shopfloor e.g SMP Digital BOM/logbooks AutoCAD Online torque monitoring etc.
Advanced IT tools: SAP MES MAS MS office Agile methodology.
Advanced skill in trouble shooting interruptions & problem-solving tools - 8D shainin certification (Apprentice/Journeymen) Human Error Prevention (HEP)
Knowledge on Lean production system. 
Competent in coding languages (C#PythonSQL) statistical and data mining techniques presenting and Microsoft office skills analytic reasoning and decision- making skills.
Experience in Nexeed MES system desirable (Key User PLC programming etc.)
Experience in the field of PLC Programming is an additional advantage experience with object oriented and/or low code programming (desirable)
