Service Advisor

Lounsbury Chevrolet in Miramichi is looking for a Service Advisor.

The Service Advisors role is to provide an excellent customer experience to our customers. We are seeking a polite friendly and well-mannered individual to represent our company and the Chevrolet brand.

This is an hourly-paid position and the working hours are Monday to Friday.

• Schedule service work in the service department

• Discuss the required or recommended services for a vehicle with the customer

• Gather information on the vehicles condition from the Service Technicians and advise the customer on recommended or urgently required services

• Explaining the benefits and the potential outcomes of postponing repairs to customers

• Other duties may be assigned as necessary

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred

• Has good computer skills and an aptitude to learn new software

• Bilingual in English and French is an asset

• High school diploma or GED required

• Strong interpersonal customer service and troubleshooting skills

• Likes helping people

• Good work ethic

• Must have a valid drivers license & a clean drivers abstract
