The Role
The CRM Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing Childrens Hospital Foundations fundraising performance through effective CRM operations reporting and data insights. Working closely with the Head of Mass Fundraising & Data Strategy and the Fundraising Operations Manager this role ensures the stability governance and optimisation of Dynamics 365 and related fundraising systems while delivering meaningful analysis and reporting to inform decisionmaking across the Mass Fundraising team. Acting as a key bridge between data systems and fundraising delivery the CRM Analyst enables dataled supporter engagement campaign effectiveness and revenue growth.
This is a fulltime permanent role based at our corporate office in South Brisbane.

Key Criteria
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- Tertiary or vocational qualification in IT Data Analytics or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education
- Microsoft certifications preferred including relevant Power Platform Dynamics Azure and Power BI (other IT industry certifications considered)
- 3 years handson experience supporting and administering CRM systems ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong data analysis capability including writing and optimising SQL queries for reporting and insights
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering reports and dashboards using Power BI including data modelling
- Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake Microsoft Fabric Azure Synapse or similar
- Proven experience supporting system improvements integrations and continuous optimisation initiatives
- Experience administering or developing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into clear and actionable information for nontechnical stakeholders
- Experience working with vendors and external technology partners
- A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across fundraising operations and IT stakeholders
- Experience in a notforprofit or fundraising environment (desirable)
