Contract: 5/025/2026- 5/24/2027

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM with OT that will be expected on the Last day/First day of business month by staying to 8pm to cover booking of portfolios.

Pay Range: $22.29/HR Paid Weekly

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Data Analyst to support accounting operations data management and system-related initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of accounting and data analysis supporting reconciliations large data uploads and system changes during ongoing projects and migrations.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong accounting fundamentals and SQL/data experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliations and support general accounting operations
• Support production activities including mass data uploads portfolio funding uploads and database updates
• Assist with data validation testing and quality assurance during system changes and migrations
• Develop and support reports and data analysis using SQL Excel and reporting tools
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support project work system enhancements and process improvements
• Participate in Agile workflows including prioritization testing and release support
• Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and system-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or related field
• Strong Excel skills (data analysis pivot tables large datasets)
• Experience with SQL (Oracle preferred)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (GL reconciliations journal entries)
• Strong analytical problem-solving and attention to detail skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Alteryx Tableau or similar data tools
• Familiarity with Oracle Toad Data Point
• Background in leasing loan accounting or equipment finance
• Experience with Alfa Leasing System or similar platforms
• Exposure to Agile environments UAT testing or system implementations

• Comfortable working with large datasets and system changes
• Has experience supporting reconciliations data/system workflows
• Thrives in a fast-paced project-based environment

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Use of computers and technology
