Hiring Administrator: Mykle Rojas / Ray Lara
GENERAL DUTIES:
Perform a variety of tasks involving the overall care of the buildings and grounds. Direct coordinate and participate in the cleaning repairing and maintenance of District buildings District grounds and heating/cooling plants. Lead summer work projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or its equivalent
Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications including but not limited to email and systems applications
Pass a pre-employment drug test
The ability to work from heights of up to 30 feet
Thorough understanding of custodial equipment
Thorough knowledge of custodial work including the use of cleaning methods and materials
General construction or maintenance experience
Knowledge of HVAC systems
One year of experience in work relating to the care and maintenance of buildings and grounds
