Italian Speaking Sales Development Representative

Location: Sofia (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are looking for an Italian-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team in Sofia. You will focus on lead generation qualification and supporting the sales pipeline in an international environment.

This role includes relocation support for candidates moving to Sofia.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify new business opportunities
Conduct outbound cold calling
Manage and develop sales leads
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Maintain CRM data accuracy
Work closely with sales and marketing teams

Requirements

Italian and English (minimum B2 level)
Strong understanding of business development and lead generation
Minimum 2 years of cold calling or sales experience
Experience in tech or digital advertising is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Results-driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
