SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

40 hours per week Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Gainesville FL. As a Speech Language Pathologist you will work with individuals of all ages who have communication and swallowing disorders. This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week and offers competitive salary and benefits. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough evaluations to assess speech language and swallowing abilities of clients - Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and client goals - Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve communication and swallowing skills - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as physicians and educators to provide comprehensive care for clients - Monitor and document progress of clients adjusting treatment plans as needed - Educate and involve family members and caregivers in therapy process - Stay current with new research and techniques in the field of speech-language pathology - Maintain accurate and timely records of client sessions and progress - Adhere to ethical and professional standards set by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Requirements: - Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program - Current state license or eligibility for state licensure in Florida - Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred - Experience working with individuals of all ages with communication and swallowing disorders - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using technology for therapy and documentation purposes - Willingness to continue learning and growing in the field of speech-language pathology If you are passionate about helping individuals improve their communication and swallowing abilities and are looking for a dynamic and supportive work environment we encourage you to apply for this position.
