What Youll Do:

• Execute and support bi-weekly payroll processing with a focus on accuracy timeliness and compliance
• Manage reconciliation auditing and proofing of payroll data (gross-to-net)
• Partner with Legal Finance and external agencies to ensure regulatory compliance
• Handle payroll tax garnishments and time & labor regulations
• Serve as a key point of contact for complex payroll inquiries and issue resolution
• Support process improvements documentation and HRIS/system updates

What Were Looking For:

• 47 years of payroll experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong expertise in payroll tax garnishments and compliance requirements
• Experience with Workday (strongly preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP data analysis)
• Highly detail-oriented organized and able to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
