Responsibilities Include

• Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility including the warehouse floor breakrooms and administrative offices.
• Regularly replenishing stock and essential supplies (soap paper towels PPE) throughout the building.
• Ensuring all trash receptacles are emptied and processed according to facility guidelines.
• Executing deep-clean protocols to sanitize high-touch surfaces and equipment to maintain a healthy workspace.
• Assisting with general utility tasks to support the production and shipping departments as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in a cleaner janitor or utility role is highly preferred.
• Manufacturing Exposure: Familiarity working in a manufacturing plant or industrial warehouse environment is a plus.
• Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for cleanliness and the ability to follow a strict sanitation checklist.
• Physical Capability:
  • Ability to stand walk bend and lift for the duration of a 1st shift.
  • Comfortable handling cleaning chemicals and industrial waste.
• Organization: Strong skills in replenishing stock and keeping supply closets tidy and inventoried.
• Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a commitment to maintaining a safe environment for all staff.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while completing all daily tasks.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience education certifications and specific job-related skills. $17/hr
