Position: Playwright/Screenwriter/Dialogue Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $38/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: Flexible schedule

Role Responsibilities

• Inhabit characters in simulated role-play scenarios. Evaluate whether AI-generated dialogue and behavior reflect authentic high-EQ decision-making.
• Assess AI model responses across 7 Theory of Mind dimensions: Intentions Emotions Desires Percepts Knowledge Beliefs and Non-literal Communication.
• Compare two AI model outputs and select the preferred response. Provide a written rationale (50 words per dimension).
• Evaluate the quality of Social Signaling. Determine if character actions serve as meaningful external manifestations of psychological states.
• Identify subtext sarcasm irony and cultural nuance in dialogue. Focus on Eastern vs. Western interpersonal dynamics.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Professional experience as a playwright screenwriter narrative designer or dialogue writer.
• Strong ability to inhabit a character and evaluate strategic interpersonal decisions.
• High sensitivity to subtext non-literal communication and emotional authenticity in dialogue.
• Familiarity with Eastern and Western cultural communication styles.
