Your Mission

Be the go-to expert for customers seeking technical guidance and solutions:

  • Deliver exceptional technical support via phone and email in a professional friendly manner

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues through active listening and targeted questioning

  • Provide accurate efficient and customer-centric solutions using internal tools and training

  • Document all interactions clearly to ensure service excellence and continuity

  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in consumer electronics networks and AV technology

What You Bring

Essential Requirements:

  • Bilingual/Proficient Danish Advanced English

  • Background in ICT or technical education

  • Solid understanding of network architecture & consumer electronics (e.g. wireless audio smart devices)

  • Good command of MS Office tools

  • Strong communication analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent phone etiquette

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in a technical support role

  • Exposure to B2C or B2B environments

  • Strong technical curiosity and hands-on mindset
