Position Title: Retail Sales Executive (Showroom)
Working days: 5 days (on rotation) (incl. weekends & PH)
Salary: RM4000 RM6000 Commission
Main Responsibilities
- Manage sales functions to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
- Be the primary point of contact ensuring exceptional service and seamless order processing for our valued clients.
- Proactively scout develop and strategically launch new and emerging business opportunities and product lines.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis monitoring competitor activities pricing and new product launches to inform our sales strategies.
- Plan and execute impactful sales promotional activities including trade fairs and exhibitions to maximize brand visibility and exposure.
- Continuously identify and propose improvements based on industry trends market activities and competitor insights.
- Ensure seamless communication and high-quality execution by effectively liaising with internal departments and external partners.
Job Requirement:
- Min 2 years of B2C sales experience (bathroom kitchen cabinets tiles lighting or any home interior-related products.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-driven focus.
