Chief Financial Officer, Technology Company

A technology company is hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to build a financial function drive transparency and participate actively in strategic business development. This is a fulltime handson leadership role that involves financial planning reporting process automation and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full financial function: budgeting forecasting business planning and performance control.
• Develop and implement IFRS reporting manage statutory and tax accounting and prepare consolidated management reports.
• Partner with the CEO and shareholders on strategy including financial evaluation of new products business lines and monetization models.
• Optimize financial processes and lead the implementation of ERP and management accounting systems.
• Manage relationships with auditors banks advisors and regulatory bodies.
• Lead mentor and develop the finance team strengthening key roles as needed.

Key Requirements

• 57 years in a senior finance role (CFO Deputy CFO or Head of Finance) mandatory experience in technology or IT companies.
• Proven track record of building financial processes in a highgrowth scaling business environment.
• Deep knowledge of statutory accounting and tax regulations plus strong IFRS reporting experience.
• Handson experience implementing or developing ERP systems.
• Fluent English and Russian.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills able to influence business decisions and manage a dynamic team.
• Willingness to relocate or be longterm present in the region (fulltime officebased - Almaty/Astana).
