Job Summary

An investment company is hiring a Senior Vice President - TMT to lead the full investment cycle in the technology media and telecommunications sector. This is a fulltime executionfocused role that involves deep operational involvement portfolio company management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the endtoend investment process: sourcing valuation structuring due diligence closing and postacquisition asset management.
Lead the endtoend M&A process target identification valuation structuring negotiation due diligence (commercial financial legal technical) financing coordination and closing.
Participation on boards of directors of portfolio companies.
Build and develop a portfolio of telecom data centre and digital service companies.
Present investment memoranda and KPI reports to shareholders and the board.
Grow and lead an internal team of sector analysts and project managers.
Establish and maintain relationships with regulators technology partners and potential acquisition targets.

Key Requirements

10 years in private equity corporate finance with mandatory TMT specialisation.
Proven track record of closed transactions.
Deal list is mandatory.
Fluent English and Russian.
Willingness to relocate or be longterm present in the region (fulltime officebased - Almaty/Astana).
