About the Role
HRSI is seeking a dynamic and technically inclined Senior Executive Sales & Development for one of our clients to support product development initiatives and coordinate between technical operational and commercial teams. This role is ideal for candidates with a blend of engineering knowledge and business coordination skills within the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product development trials and assist in R&D activities
- Coordinate with Product Development (PD) and Operations teams to evaluate technical feasibility design optimization and production challenges
- Assist in preparing project budgets and financial analysis reports for management
- Maintain accurate records of R&D projects and provide regular status updates
- Coordinate meetings and communication with customers and suppliers
- Manage document revisions during development phases and ensure proper circulation
- Maintain records of obsolete documents and ensure proper documentation practices
- Assist in reporting updates and insights to senior management
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager Sales & Development
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry (Automotive sector preferred)
- Strong coordination analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders
- Age bracket: 2027 years
